Compliance
Compliance today is more complex than ever - no question about it! In the global environment, legal requirements are constantly increasing. We therefore adapt our processes and systems consistently and immediately to the legal framework. We have anchored legal compliance as a corporate principle in order to emphasize its importance. For us, compliance is an integral part of our corporate culture. We have drawn up a code of conduct that is binding for all employees. In addition, we have laid down four principles in the form of the IPCS Code of Conduct. These serve as a guideline for all employees to constantly reflect on their actions and adapt them if necessary.
The principles of the IPCS sample are as follows:
1. my actions create customer benefit.
2. my actions are characterized by a spirit of partnership.
3. my actions promote continuous improvement, cooperation and communication.
4. nobody is disadvantaged by my actions.
